Returns

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days after the returned item is received.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original and place a new order.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.

How to start a return

Email drop@withoutstanding.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will reply with the return address and next steps.

If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us before returning it.
