SHIPPING POLICY

WITHOUTSTANDING ships to the United Kingdom only.

All orders placed during the DROP 001 pre-order period will be dispatched from late June 2026. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

UK DELIVERY
Shipping is included in the price of every order. There are no additional delivery charges at checkout.

Estimated delivery time once dispatched: 2–4 working days.

PRE-ORDER ORDERS
DROP 001 is a pre-order. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. Orders will be held and dispatched together from late June 2026. If dispatch timing changes for any reason, we will contact you at the email address provided at checkout.

TRACKING
A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a dispatch email within 5 working days of the estimated dispatch date, contact us at drop@withoutstanding.com.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection. WITHOUTSTANDING is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.
